Is the fourth time a charm?

We were pretty shocked our offer was accepted and that we were actually moving along through the home buying process. (This is our 4th offer and we were getting very used to rejection!) Post inspection, however, did not prove to be so peachy for us. The seller, we found yet another weird one, refused to negotiate with us on items that needed repair. Oh well, this home will have to be someone else's little oasis/money pit.
