My First Day Back in Real Pants!

I haven't bothered with my non-maternity clothes until today. The thought of struggling to get into my old pants, or the though of them not fitting at all, was too much to bear. But I turned a corner. Was it curiosity? Maybe. Was it frustration of continuously hiking-up my maternity pants (why don't those things stay up around your waist)? Probably. In any event, I mustered up the courage to try on my old jeans...and they fit! No problems! I've been dreaming of this day since I had to slip on that annoying, albeit necessary, elastic waistband last summer!

Oh, beautiful denim, how I love you and your non-forgiving waistband!

(Bye-bye to rubber bands too!)
