I came home on Tuesday to find 6-8" of water throughout our entire basement. Our media room and storage area transformed into an endless sea of damage...and lots of cleanup work ensued. We're really tired but getting through it. Thursday was our anniversary and you can bet that Lake Riley wasn't going to stop us from celebrating. Andy surprised me red gerber daisies (our wedding flower) when I arrived home from work. They made me smile. I said, "I'll put these in water," then Andy replied, "I have some for you downstairs..." :)See some non-flowery photos here.
