Andy made me a totally yummy birthday dinner: cheeses, spinach and shrimp risotto, chocolate cake and a nice, big shiraz (these are a few of my favorite things). The risotto looked so good simmering on the stove, I thought I should take a picture but our camera batteries were out of juice so I snapped a few photos using our computer...we just couldn't master the self-timer thing. Note: no one was harmed during the taking of these photos, but some risotto didn't meet it's gastronomical destiny (read: it landed on the floor).Oh, those Rileys make me giggle.
